Summary:

Gamerules don't display consistently from the new UI to the old UI

Impact:

Gamerules being changed can drastically break the game in ways we can't account for through other means. It can break progression and playability.

 
Repro Steps:

1. Download Extreme Speed Runner
2. create a new game
3. Note the game rules
4. open the world
5. check the settings again

Expected:

The gamerules should be the same as when we created the world and submitted to the marketplace. In addition, they should be consistent from the new UI to the old UI.

Observed:

new UI while making the world:
