Maps are no longer displaying their custom content which overwrites the vanilla-generated map.

Impact
Custom maps are used to display various bits of content to players across marketplace maps and combine them in item frames to display other pieces of information. In Dwarven Mining Company, custom maps point the player toward a boss.

In HTTYD custom maps give players context to their location as well as form part of a quest to explore the islands. Without the map displaying correctly players are likely going to struggle to complete the golden path.

Repro Steps
Fresh map:

• Download HTTYD from the Marketplace
• Complete the tutorial sequence

• • Talk to Hiccup
  • Select Device Type
  • Collect rocks and then interact with pebbles while sneaking
  • Complete flight training
  • Complete attack training
  • Fly to the great hall and talk to Hiccup
• Hold map & observe issue

Already filled map:

• Download HTTYD from the Marketplace
• Activate Cheats
• Run the command `/structure load map ~ ~ ~`
• Observe custom map being overwritten with vanilla blocks.
