[Bug Report] Can not purchase or download Content

• Verification Build: 1.19.20

• Summary: Try downloading some of the listed maps from the Minecraft Marketplace and players will not be able to download content.

• Impact: Players cannot play many Minecraft Maps on the Minecraft Marketplace this can lead to bad ratings, bad play experiences, confused players, and a loss of any future Minecraft Marketplace sales for any teams affected.

• Repro Steps:
  1. Purchase one of the listed pieces of content from the Minecraft Marketplace.
  2. Now try downloading the content by pressing the Download button and you'll notice the progress bar will never move even after waiting 2 hours +.
  3. I think you get the picture the Minecraft Marketplace downloading is bugged badly.

• Repro Rate: 3/3

• Observed Results: Unable to purchase and download any Minecraft Marketplace Content even after a restart.

• Expected Results: To be able to download Minecraft Marketplace content without running into any download freezing issues.

• Screenshots / Videos Attached: Yes, see attached screenshots.

• Regression Builds: N/A, I've just recently become affected and I'm not sure for exactly how long this has been an issue.

• Notes: This requires freshly purchasing from the Minecraft Marketplace and then attempting to download the content from the Minecraft Marketplace, we provided build number information and images of the content that we were testing with to replicate the bug consistently, restarting the game did not help.
