Texture pack crashing on console since MC 1.19.20

Verification Build: Minecraft 1.19.20

Summary: The texture pack Hattoricraft is crashing Minecraft on console since the latest Minecraft update 1.19.20. Before this Minecraft update the texture pack Hattoricraft was working without any issues.

Impact: Console players are unable to use the texture pack Hattoricraft

Repro Steps:
Download and install texture pack Hattoricraft on console (playstation, Xbox and Switch) from Minecraft Store
Load world with Hattoricraft active.

Repro Rate: ? (It seems that most/all players are experiencing this problem)

Observed Results: Minecraft crashes

Expected Results: Minecraft loads textures and works as usual

Notes: reducing the resolution of the texture pack from 128x to 64x does not resolve the issue
