Teleport and other commands failing and printing errors to chat

Makes map completely unplayable and potentially breaks any map using command blocks.

Repro Steps:

Open Extreme Snowman Speed Battle
Start game

Expected:

Players should be teleported to their starting location and command block outputs should instruct players what to do.

Observed:

Players not teleported and random error messages being printed to chat. These errors were not created by me. Tried to reproduce more than once but we couldn't get footage of it, so it seems to happen rarely/intermittently?
