This makes every map that uses the speed effect probably unplayable

 
Repro Steps:

1. Open Extreme Speed Runner from the marketplace
2. Speak to the old man
3. start a race
4. run over a pressure plate

Observed:

What happens is hard to explain, the player will appear glitched and smash into what seems like barriers and be unable to move, then the viewpoint will snap to somewhere else. other times it will appear super zoomed, this shouldn't happen.

Expected:

The players view point should zoom a moderate amount and still be playable, the player shouldn't be as broken as this.
