Summary: all concrete powder colors turn to white

Not just concrete powder, a bunch of blocks are all changing to data value 0

Impact: Blocks being reverted to white completely changes the look of a map destroying all the hard work that goes into building a map design.

Repro Steps:

1. Download Extreme Speed Runner
2. Open it
3. Look at the ground

Observed Results: All of the concrete powder has turned white

In addition, this is from Infinity Dungeon, these slabs are all supposed to be quartz but they were changed to normal slabs??

 

Expected Results: ** The lobby should be a bunch of different colored concrete powders
