WDW Map rides Astro Orbiter, The Flying Carpets of Aladdin, and Dumbo are all experiencing major stuttering issues on 1.19.0.20

Summary:
When testing the map Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom on 1.19.0.20 the rides Astro Orbiter, The Flying Carpets of Aladdin, and Dumbo are all experiencing major stuttering issues that make the ride unpleasant and break player emersion of the intended experience. 

Impact:
Breaks immersion, makes people dizzy

Regression Builds:
1.18.12.01

Observed Results:
When riding AO, Flying Carpets of Aladdin, and Dumbo the ride would have major stuttering issues.

Expected Results:
The rides should not stutter and should turn smoothly as intended.

1. ** Open a fresh copy of WDW.
2. Teleport to AO.
3. Ride AO and watch for it to stutter.
