Assert Failure on Infinity City

Summary: We received an assert failure after submitting our content to the marketplace and the assert happens when the map is downloaded from the marketplace. (see attached image)

I can provide videos of both our content working and the content not working for content review through DM.

 

Impact: Our content will not pass through content review

Repro Steps:
1.Download Teplight content from the marketplace
2.Load up the map
3.Walk forward in a straight line and you will walk off the map generation

Observed Results: Assert appeared. This breaks our content. The content performs as expected when I download it from auger. But when content review downloads it from the marketplace, the map generation is broken (which breaks the map progression). We are using a custom flatworld generation, changing the y level of the floor to y=-58

Expected Results: No Assert failure. Map generates as expected

Notes: This assert is happening every time the template is downloaded from the marketplace. Is there a work around for this or a fix? It is blocking the content from moving through the pipeline.
