Store content with a Player count between 1-99 is not showing the Multiplayer tag.

Impact:
This can cause confusion to the player when buying content as all our content supports both SinglePlayer and Multiplayer.
This impacts ALL Noxcrew worlds.

Repro Steps:

1. Open the store and Navigate to Adventures Dream
2. Navigate to the description

Observed Results:

The PLAYERS value is only showing Single-player, while the content is submitted with a player count of 1-99.

This is following the rules provided in Auger.

Expected Results:
When content has a Player count set of Between 1 and 99 it should show both Multiplayer and Single-player tags in the store description.
