City Mall is reportedly not starting on base PS4

Partner Rank: 2 player is unable to play the content they paid for, but issue is not widespread and i could not repro it myself

Summary: When loading Play: City Mall from marketplace, the buttons don't work to teleport the player to the main part of the map.

Impact: player is unable to play the game they paid for.

Repro Steps:

1. Buy Play: City Mall from the marketplace on base PS4

2. start the map

3. follow the arrows on the floor to the button on the wall

4. press the button

Observed Results:
It was reported that nothing happens when the button is pressed on PS4

Expected Results:

When the button is pressed you teleport to the mall and start the map experience.

Regression Builds: 1.17.30 presumably since I have not gotten the report before now

Notes:  I have been unable to reproduce as I do not have a base PS4 and the issue does not repro on my PS4 Pro, nor any other platform I have access to. Player who reported it was able to download and make it work fine on Switch, so the player does seem to know what they are doing? I did instruct them to delete the template and re-download it from the store but they said that did not resolve the issue.
