Incorrect message "Unable to connect to Marketplace" leads to no UI

Verification builds: 1.17.41 via Play store and Microsoft store
Summary: 

Unable to access the Marketplace intermittently on Android and Win10.

Repro Steps:
1. Start Minecraft

2. Click the Marketplace button

3. Dialog "Can't access Marketplace. This version of Minecraft can no longer access Minecraft Marketplace. Update to the latest version to restore Marketplace access."

4. Close with X (client is latest available on device store)

5. All UI is gone, game is unplayable

6. Kill client

7. Restart and all OK.

Observed Results: No UI to start playing or retry Marketplace access.

Expected Results: Marketplace should open OK.

Impact: Game unplayable after error.
