Player teleports aren't seamless

Regression builds: None, this has always been an issue
Summary: When the player is teleported, the camera noticeably jitters every time and the player's momentum instantly halts.
Impact: This is extremely distracting. It makes seamless teleports impossible. This may even be an accessibility concern.
Repro Steps:
- Download and open the attached world. There's a small house in front of you. The house uses a hidden teleport so that it should appear bigger on the inside when you walk in.
- Walk inside
Expected Results: The teleport should be seamless and unnoticeable.
Observed Results: Glaringly obvious stutter interrupts the player's movement and totally breaks the illusion.
