Content ParticleEffect error should not be present on old content

Example of the error:

The error relates to a component which the game is expecting. The component did not exist when the particles were created in the affected pieces of content.

The error happens on the following content.
Frozen (Manifest version 1)
Monsters from the Ice (Manifest version 1)
Desctructobot vs Dino (Manifest version 2 with "base_game_version" : [ 1, 14, 0 ])
Millionaire Mansions 2 (Manifest version 2 with "base_game_version" : [ 1, 14, 0 ])
World of Cars (Manifest version 2 with "base_game_version" : [ 1, 14, 0 ])
Ninjas of Zombie City (Manifest version 2 with "base_game_version" : [ 1, 16, 0 ])
Terra Swoop Force (Manifest version 2 with "base_game_version" : [ 1, 16, 0 ])
City Living 2 (Manifest version 2 with "base_game_version" : [ 1, 16, 0 ])

This error may be present in several other marketplace contents; this could generate a submission wave to fix this error and cause an overload to the testing team.

These content errors should not be applicable to content is using the Backwards compatibility system.

Repro Steps:

  • Get Frozen from the Marketplace
  • Open the world

Observed Results:
ParticleEffect content log errors are shown on content using the Backwards compatibility system
Expected Results:
ParticleEffect content log errors are not applicable on content using the Backwards compatibility system.
