Players can’t download our map once purchased.

Hello, our map Jurassic that we have been working on for a long time finally released, and got featured!

Summary: However, when players try to download the content once purchased they get told that they don’t have enouth storage space on there device to download it.

Player can’t download the map

Expected result:

Player can download the map 

Impact:

Players won’t be able to play the map they bought, meaning un happy players. In turn bringing refunds, bad reviews and low map sales.

 How to re-create:

+ Purchase Jurassic on the marketplace

+ Try to download the content

What we could do:

+ Check why the download is size is at 458mb for the content, when the world it’s self before packing was at 170mb.

+ Check why players get told they don’t have enough storage, when they do indeed have the necessary storage. 

 Notes:

+ I have tested this bug on my phone and tablet.
+ I can try to get the world packing to be smaller for the same content, however content review would take too long to review it unless it’s maybe fast-tracked?
