Impact:
This is a minor issue but does softlock content that previously did work regarding the combination of these blocks. Especially in Adventure Mode, there would be no way to gather the items inside, and if those items are required to advance in gameplay, the game cannot be completed.

Repro Steps:
1. Place a shulker box on the ground so it would normally open vertically
2. Place a light block on top of the shulker box
3. Shulker box cannot be opened

Observed Results:
The shulker box is not able to be interacted with, items inside cannot be collected

Expected Results:
The shulker box should open as previous build so that items inside can be acquired
