Impact:

Probably contributing to the very poor performance in Infinity Skyblock

Repro Steps:

1. Open Infinity Skyblock by Jigarbov Productions on the marketplace.
2. Start "Survival Skyblock" mode
3. go into creative mode
4. fly around generating new skyblocks (this is done by flying over "hotspots" on skyblocks on the edge of generated areas.
5. Save and quit the game when you've generated a bunch and the game starts grinding to a halt.

Observed Results:

Game starts grinding to a halt and takes exceedingly long to save (this was reported in MCM-1402) but sometimes it will throw this assert so I'm reporting it seperatley because it doesn't always happen, so might be unrelated..

Expected Results:

Game should save at a normal speed and not throw asserts.
