Many Caves & Cliffs blocks break with structures
Partner Rank: 2**
Partner Team Reporting: Polymaps
Verification builds: Version 1.17.30.24 - Win10 build 7102001
Summary:
Amethyst Buds, Amethyst Clusters, and Big Dripleaf stems will break upon loading a structure that contains them.
As well as this, Glow Lichen will break if the structure is rotated.
Impact:
Any content that aims to use the new caves and cliffs blocks in structures will find that blocks are being broken upon loading a structure. This is especially important when dripleaf stems are being broken as they are used for parkour elements. One of our upcoming maps utilises all of these blocks extensively, as well as using the rotation feature of structures (which means Glow Lichen isn't appearing where it should).
Repro Steps:
- Create a new world
- /give yourself a structure block
- Place the structure block and in the highlighted area, place some amethyst buds, big dripleafs (taller than 1 block because it's the stem that breaks) and glow lichen.
- Save the structure to memory
- Place a new structure block down somewhere else and load the structure
- Place another structure block down and load the structure with any rotation other than 0
Observed Results:
The loaded structures will cause amethyst buds/clusters to break and drop items, while the big dripleaf stems will break and cause it to drop items.
In the rotated structure, the Glow Lichen will break too.
Expected Results:
When loading a structure with or without rotation, all the new Caves & Cliffs blocks should not break. Amethyst buds/clusters should stay attached to their blocks, big dripleaf stems should not break and glow lichen should not break when a structure is rotated.

Yes
Regression Builds:
As far as I know, it has always happened since the introduction of these new blocks
Notes:
Big dripleaf stems are what break, not the actual leaf block. You can see in the attached screenshot that single-height big dripleaf blocks do not break (as they have no stem) and are rotated correctly.
