Summary:

Minecraft hard crashes in Robot Battle Arena, reliably reproed by the Shock Bot and possibly others for reasons unknown.

Impact:

This will cause the delay of my biggest project of the year as it is scheduled to come out, with marketing on the same day that 1.17.20 is scheduled to come out. will cause a loss of marketing dollars and revenue for our company as all that stuff will have to pivot let alone the lingering effect this may have on other content as im not doing anything particularly unique code wise on this robot

Repro Steps:

1. Open Robot Battle Arena (available on the dev marketplace) version 1.1.2 or earlier
2. start the game with cheats on but stay in adventure/survival mode
3. summon a shock bot (/summon jig:nanozombieb)
4. let it kill you

Observed Results:

Game will hard crash when he hits you

game should not crash

Notes:

at first i thought it was specifically the ammunition that the shock bot fires, but it doesnt crash with the Robo Tri-X nor when you summon them manually. that said, changing the ammunition to something else does resolve it, pointing to perhaps an issue with jig:pelletlightning
