Summary:
The dismount translate string was changed resulted in broken messages for players. Add entity dismount messages were all broken as a result of this change from all pieces of content that had ridable entities since the beginning of the marketplace. This happens with ALL ridable entities that are not the vanilla ones

Impact:
This causes confusion among players who will not see a dismount message when they ride custom entities and replaced entities. To update this would require our entire back catalogue to be updated from the last 4 years. In addition, City Mall is being added to realms+.

Repro Steps:

1. Open City Mall
2. ride the shopping cart

Observed Results:
the message shown on the action bar will be action.hint.exit.console.rabbit

 Expected Results:
the message shown should be the translated string "Tap Sneak to get off the Shopping Cart"

Notes:** the string appears to have an added ".console" which hasn't been in any previous version till now. this should either be versioned or if a .console variant is not listed in the RP it should roll back to the default lang string so as to not require us to update our entire back catalogue to fix this issue.
