Summary: When clicking the "Create New" button the UI does not appear. 

Impact: Unable to create a new vanilla world.

Repro Steps:
Step 1: Open Minecraft and click "Play"
Step 2: Click "Create New"
The UI does not load to create a new world.

Observed Results: The UI doesn't load and I am unable to create a world.

Expected Results: I should be presented with a UI to customise the world options so that I can create a world.
