Low-quality tool icons on mid-tier Android devices in inventory hotbar

Verification builds: 1.17.0

Summary: According to a Certification report on Auger, content that got sent through shows 'Low-quality tool icons on mid-tier Android devices'. Client Version 1.17.0

Repro Steps:

1. Download the pack.
2. Grab the custom item tools 'paint', 'rotate', 'remove', 'copy'

 

Observed Results: Notice that tools have poor quality icons.

Expected Results: All tools in the inventory are displaying correctly on mid-tier Android devices. 

Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes: Certification report from Auger (where this bug report is based off from), how the item icons are currently looking on mid-Tier Android devices, how they are supposed to look and the .mcpack with the icons itself, a picture from Samsung Galaxy J5 where the low-quality tool icons are working fine (1.17).

According to Certification Report on Auger:

Devices affected: Nokia 2.1 Nokia 1 Plus Samsung Galaxy J5 

PLATFORMS: Android Mid (1GB)

 

Previous content that is already on the Marketplace uses the same item icons (so it did pass through content review and certification (version 1.16.200)).

When I tested the content myself on Samsung Galaxy J5, content is not affected, where the Certification report does mention the device should be affected (image attached).

The tool icons are part of a larger Marketplace pack with a world + skinpack. Cannot share it here publically (I can in private). As advised by my Partner manager, the bug needs to be logged to figure out if the issue is coming from the client, or if it's something wrong in the content.
