Summary:
Placing previously made signs do not place with their saved text.

Impact:
This renders Papercraft 2 unable to be completed as 2 of the quests rely on this behavior. As a showpiece product this is very unfortunate and will result in players getting frustrated they can get so far in the map only to be halted.

Repro Steps:

1. download Papercraft 2 from the marketplace
2. teleport to -144 113 136
3. grab a sign from the chest
4. place the sign next to an existing sign in the area

Observed Results:

when the sign is placed, it appears blank, despite text supposed to be on it. this results in the quest in this area and others to be incompletable.

Expected Results:
the sign should have retained its text information in order for the quest to be completed.
