Particles are not visible to the second player on split-screen mode.

Xbox Series X - v1.16.220 

Impact:
Particles are invisible to the second player in split-screen mode.
This will affect gameplay greatly and may cause confusion because objectives and highlights are not visible to the second player. 

The following Noxcrew content is affected by this bug:

Frozen World
DestructoBot vs Dinosaurs
Millionaire Mansions 2
World of Cars
Ninjas of Zombie City
Terra Swoop Force
Dragon Skies
Future Content 

Repro Steps:
Download the attached world.
Load up the world on Windows 10 client or an Xbox
Connect 2 Xbox controllers and enable split-screen by pressing the menu button on the second Xbox controller. 
You can then summon the entity that generates particles with the command:

/summon noxcrew:particle_test

Observed Results:
When the first player camera looks at a particle it is not visible to the second player camera.
