Summary: If a entity with the components minecraft:navigation.walk and minecraft:behavior.move_to_land is in the water the Game Crashes with the Assertation: Can't generate a number in [0,0) Condition false n > 0. (see image0.jpg in Attachments)
Impact: The Project can't pass QA so our Product can't release
Repro Steps: put a entity with both components in water and the game crashes (see Attachment: Bug Report.mcworld)
