[BLOCKING]Doors break on use

erification builds: 1.2.5 (530691)
Summary: Doors placed in 1.2.3 or earlier seem to break in 1.2.5. This is notices much more on double doors where it seems to happen all the time. Sometimes they are broken without interacting with them.
Impact: Iron doors are a key feature we rely on to control the flow of the player, if they break, or are already broken on map load, this breaks the map.
Repro Steps:
Download Dr Splice Lab and get to a place with double iron doors. Trigger them to open.
Observed Results: They break off the floor.
