Repro Steps:
Open Simburbia
Play until time stops and the game becomes unresponsive
I have not been able to reproduce myself, but I have gotten a number of reports of this occuring, mostly on PS4 but at least once on Win10
Observed Results:
In game time will appear to stop. Menu will not work, players cannot choose a speed. All game logic ceases to function.
Expected Results:
Game should run as normal.

Notes:
This is a tough one, I have been unable to get a copy of the world where this occurs, but it happens often enough that I am reporting it and it affects a number of players. I have attached a number of comments to this as evidence of platform.
Things I have been able to verify:
- Closing and opening the world didn't fix it.
- copying the world didn't fix it.
- all the entities are still in the world
- I can only suspect it is ticks.json that is failing based on the video evidence that I have seen.
- no steps "before it happened" have been consistent, indicating it is randomly occuring
