Realms/dedicated server and certain multiplayer configurations serve up incorrect block data causing incorrect rotations, hitboxes, and more.

Impact:
This may have a major effect on reviews, players are unable to play the map correctly in multiplayer.

Repro Steps:
Load Simburbia up to a realm.

join the world

click on a door

Observed Results:
^{Note the door rotates, it should not rotate. If you leave and rejoin the world, it will be back to the way it is supposed to be, so it is occurring locally and not on the server.

Expected Results:
The doors and other blocks should work as expected and not run events that it shouldn't.

Notes: It appears to be triggering multiple events client side even though it should be triggering specific events based on the interaction.
