[RENDERDRAGON] Blend materials are no longer visible in the first person renderer

Summary:
Faces with the entity_alphablend_nocolor material rendered from the first person renderer are no longer visible.
Impact:
This prevents us from using semi-transparent textures for things in first person, such as screen overlays.
Repro Steps:
- Open the provided world
- Head to the magenta-floored chunk
- Press the button on the command block labeled Screen Overlay
Expected:
You should see a white gradient coming from the bottom of your screen.
Observed:
Nothing seems to happen.
