[Urgent] Relics of the Privateers' World corrupted/regenerating

Summary:
Players who purchase Relics of the Privateers (version 1.0.3 on the store) are not loading into the premade world. Instead, chunks are generating as they would naturally occur at the seed.
Impact:
Some players are requesting refunds, most content is inaccessible/not present.
Repro Steps:
-Purchase Relics of the Privateers from the store.
-Create a world.
-Observe that the world is generated the same as for creating a blank world with the same seed (27594263).
Observed Results:
World is naturally generated.
Expected Results:
Pre-made world loads.

The version for Relics of the Privateers on the store (1.0.3) is not one that we specified. Based on the database files found in the "lost" directory of an example world, it would appear to closely match version 1.3.1a, which has an intended publicly listed version of 1.1.1. Confirmation of this would be appreciated.
I double checked the world we provided via submission, and confirmed it does load correctly into minecraft 1.2.2.
After the template is selected and Initiating, but before the world is created, the database files are already placed in the "lost" directory. Loading the database files in the template under "LocalState\premium_cache\world_templates" still results in the world corruption, and notably there is already a "lost" folder, although it only contains a log file we can't read. This lost folder does not exist in our submission.
This could suggest the corruption has occurred at some point between the content being Ingested, but before the client loads the world.
