Summary: Semi-transparent geometry on models of custom blocks using the blend render_method stop rendering when the player is at a lower y-value than them.
Impact: It is difficult to make use of blend render method blocks when building when the player's position can so easily cause incorrect culling.
Repro Steps:
Open the Gamemode One Holiday world with its linked resource and behavior packs
Navigate to the Greenhouse or Manor locations in the world. (Coords: -54 9 4)
Fly up and down at a distance away from the windows (to a y-level lower than the custom window blocks are placed) to observe the disappearing effect. It is difficult to observe the exact reason why this behavior occurs, but it may be related to bordering a sub chunk line. Please see attached video to assist in reproducing
Observed Results: Blocks with blend render method render inconsistently, causing them to disappear at times
Expected Results: Blocks consistently render when the player looks up at them.
