1. Try to download Advanced Dragons 2 from the store using a PS4.

Observed Results: We are getting a lot of reports of people not being able to download our product Advanced Dragons 2 from the store. It seems like the PS4 is the most affected device. (There are also complaints of people who are testing on iOS - iPad Pro and iPad Mini (Generation 4)).

Expected Results: Advanced Dragons 2 downloads correctly.
