The MoLang query "query.cardinal_facing_2d" does not return the proper cardinal direction value when staring up or down.

Summary:
The MoLang query "query.cardinal_facing_2d" does not return the proper player facing cardinal value when staring up or down, no matter the cardinal of the player.

Impact:
This prevents the player from placing a custom block with Y rotated to his side when staring up or down.

Repro Steps:

1. Download and install the attached behavior pack.
2. Join a world with the behavior pack enabled, turn on the Creator Holidays Features option.
3. Give yourself a furnace /give @s furnace.
4. Give yourself a custom furnace /give @s custom:furnace_block.
5. Look straight up or down and place a normal furnace, testing the four directions.
6. Test the same with the custom furnace.

Observed Results:
If you stare upwards or downwards, the custom furnace is always turned to the North side, no matter the player's cardinal rotation. While the normal furnace is still facing the player even if placed staring up or down.

Expected Results:
Like the normal furnace, the custom furnace should rotate to the player's side even if placed staring up or down.
