Zombie villagers from zombie spawners on marketplace worlds turn into V1 villagers

Regression build: I believe it has always been like this since V2 Zombie Villagers were implemented.

Summary: Zombie villagers from zombie spawners on marketplace worlds turn into V1 villagers

Impact: Survival style maps are very popular on the marketplace. Infinity Skyblock is one of the most. Players expect the full vanilla survival experience and when it doesnt line up to expectations due to bugs like these they blame us.

Repro:

1. download any survival marketplace world with base_game * such as MEGA skyblock
2. start the world
3. make a zombie spawner
4. make it night
5. wait for a zombie villager to spawn
6. cure it

Observed result: The zombie villager turns into a V1 villager

Expected result: The zombie villager should turn into a V2 villager.

Notes:

This does not occur with zombie villager spawners. Seems to be something to do with specifically zombie spawners when they randomly trigger to summon a zombie villager.
