Summary:
When using an entity to initiate a teleport command, the command properly functions on PC/Switch/Mobile, but fails to trigger at all on Xbox/PS4.

Impact:
Completely breaks any teleportation sequence issued through entities for Xbox/PS4 players.

Repro Steps:

     1. Download the "Mutant Survival" map from the marketplace.
     2. Load the world and proceed to the Luggage downstairs.
     3. Click the luggage. - On PC/Switch/Mobile you will teleport. On Xbox/PS4 nothing happens.

Observed Results:
Player does not teleport on Xbox/PS4 despite the command being correct.

Expected Result:
The player should teleport consistently across all platforms.
