"/clear @s map" is a syntax error now

Summary: You can't /clear filled maps anymore. The command causes a syntax error, breaking the function and preventing the command from working.

Impact: This breaks gameplay in recently released maps.

Repro Steps:

1. /clear @s map

Expected Results: Any filled map items you have are cleared

Observed Results: Syntax error
