[BLOCKING] Crash during the creation of world on Nintendo Switch device

Partner Rank:
1

Verification Builds:
1.16.10 (by cert team on Switch)

Regression Builds:
Unknown (flagged by cert) - we were able to run the content on iOS (iPhone/iPad - both on current retail version of Minecraft [1.16.10]) and Windows 10 with 1.16.0.2_rc1.

Summary:
Crash during the creation of world on Nintendo Switch device

Affects currently Live Content:
No (stuck in cert)

Impact:
World is being blocked by cert and we are unable repro/debug the issue due to it being problematic on Nintendo Switch.

Repro Steps:
1. Attempt to create and create the world (provided on Slack to Greggo) on a low-tier iOS or Nintendo Switch device.
2. Wait while the world is being generated.

Observed Results:
Crashes when loading the world on a low-tier iOS and Nintendo Switch devices.

Expected Results:
The world should run on iOS and Nintendo Switch devices.

Screenshots/Videos:
Yes (on Slack)

Notes:
Cert is blocking low-tier iOS devices (which we assume is just due to the age of the device), but we are unsure about the Nintendo Switch issue as we can not repo the problem. The map is working on other platforms (that we can test on).

The log provided by cert might provides some clues as to why it is crashing on Switch?
