Summary:
We started up device testing on one of our upcoming maps and none of the templates for this map function properly and have different issues depending on which operating system you are on.
We tested several templates and none of them loaded on iOS. The content failed to load properly on ALL iOS Devices. When trying to create the map from the Imported Templates screen the game crashes and returns you to the Imported Templates screen
Impact:
This will prevent our map from passing QA/Certification from Microsoft.

On iOS/iPhone Devices
The template for v1.0.0 Pre-3 does not load when attempting to create the world on iPhones. We also tried testing the templates that were previously installed on the device and those worked. We tested on the following devices iPhone devices iPhone 4 SE 6 8+
On Android Devices
Installing the template on Android seems to have changed as installing the MCTEMPLATE directly no longer works with this Template and only by saving directly to the folder can we get the template to work. Once doing that the template worked correctly on all android devices. We tested with other templates and those still load directly by clicking the MCTEMPLATE like before. I really think there is something wrong with the template.
Expected Results:
To click the template and have it auto install the map
