[MCM-1105] Cross-version compatibility for Piglins in texture packs breaks

Summary
The textures for Piglins and Zombified Piglins in marketplace texture packs, which were released for Minecraft 1.16, are not compatible with the new UV layout for Piglins in the verification build. Since there is only one texture for both versions, it is not possible to make a texture pack, which works for both versions: 1.16.1 and 1.16.2. Piglins will break in either one of these versions.
Impact
This bug breaks cross-version compatibility for all texture packs made for 1.16.
Repro Steps
- Step 1: Load a marketplace texture pack released for 1.16. (Tested with the CreatorPack.)
- Step 2: Create a new world.
- Step 3: Summon a Piglin/Zombiefied Piglin.

Notes
This bug could be fixed by having a different filename for the new 1.16.2 texture. This way a texture pack could support both versions.
