Projectiles pass through border blocks

Verification Builds: 1.16.0.64, 1.16.0.2_RC1
Summary: Any projectile can pass through border blocks and escape the defined area, including but not limited to ender_pearls, eggs, tridents...

Reproduction Steps:
1.- Create a new world of any type in creative

2.- Give yourself a border block with

• /give @s ~ ~ ~ border_block

3.- Make a square with it and get in survival inside it
You will see that you are not able to pass through it if you are in survival, you can only pass through it if you are in creative.

4.- Get back into creative mode and give yourself some projectiles as ender pearls, tridents eggs, and go back to survival. Throw them at the invisible wall above the border blocks.
Notice the projectiles pass through it and when using ender pearls the player can escape from the limited area.

Expected behavior: All projectiles should hit the invisible wall and break, teleport the player as if there was a real wall there.
In the trident case, it might be better than on hit it also falls down to the ground, so players do not see a floating trident.

Impact: In any world which uses border block for limiting the user movement, the user could escape the area with ender pearls, or loose items (tridents) and projectiles because they go out of the limited area.
