Add-on only works in Publish builds and in Release builds it will not load and game will call error and force close. The game will be forced to close.

Summary: The add-on we developed only works in Publish and not Release builds. The error will show up during the loading of the world with the add-on and forces the game to close.

Repro Steps:
1. Download and install world 'CARS!' provided to Gregg in our partner chat
2. Load world

Repro Rate: 3/3

Observed Results: 3. The error will display showing there is a problem with 'car_loop'.etc

Expected Results: The world should load as normal, and the player should go into the world without any errors. NPC and CARS should load properly.

Regression Builds: Only works in Publish download from the DTS storage unit, and builds download from Windows 10 Microsoft store.

Notes: We've also tried by loading a new world and add in the resource and behavior packs. It shows the same results. Specifically, try loading ‘BP_NPC’, ‘RP_NPC’, ‘BP_CAR’, and ‘RP_CAR’.
