Skybox does not render on PS4 & xbox

Summary:

Skybox does not render on PS4 & xbox live version

Impact:

Completely changes the way maps look causing a false advertising dichotomy as the screenshots are not the same as the product being purchased, in some cases completely changing the style of the map.

Repro Steps:

1. Download Infinity Parkour
2. Create a new world
3. Look up

Observed Results:

On PS4 and XBOX live versions, the sky is blue and vanilla day style. On ios, switch win10 the sky is black as dictated by the resource pack skybox textures.

Expected Results:

the sky should be black on all versions of the game regardless of platform

Regression Builds:

Never worked on PS4, not sure when it broke on xbox.

Notes:

I believe this to be a dupe bug but cannot find a record of the person who said they reported it. It does appear to be fixed on the xbox BETA 1.16 so it may already be resolved but I am unable to test because there is no PS4 beta that I can try.
