Summary:
When a sound is played using the playsound command, it will sometimes cut off another sound that is currently playing. It is quite frequently happening on the store version of Advanced Mining when played in a 1.16 release candidate.
Impact:
This bug makes using voice acting and sounds in general very unreliable. Many maps use voice acting as a primary source of information to the player.
Repro Steps:
1. Create an Advanced Mining world from the marketplace template.
2. Play through the first few minutes of the map.
3. Listen for areas where it sounds like Voice Acting or other sounds were cut off.
Observed Results:
In several areas sounds are stopped midway through. In some areas the map does intentionally stop certain sounds. I have included a link to a video and timestamps where sounds are cut off and not caused by the map itself.

2:25. Here the sound of the coin sucker causes Clyde's VO to cut off.
3:27. Here the sound from pressing the button/ingesting the machine causes Clyde's VO to cut off. It also appears to have cut off the ingestion sound leaving a period of silence.
3:42. Here Clyde's VO appears to be cut off by the music restarting.
4:15. Here Clyde's VO is cut off by the music changing as the player leaves the factory.
4:46. Here Nedwick's VO is not audible at all.
Expected Results:
These areas should not have their sounds cut off prematurely.
