Launcher is not accessible friendly enough

At the moment, the Minecraft Launcher comes with smooth scroll force turned on, but does not provide any way to turn this off.

 

Because smooth scrolling causes dizziness for some people, the Minecraft launcher should have an option to turn this off.

 

I marked this as a bug, as the platform I'm using the most (Linux) has no smooth scrolling by default in its UI, and the minecraft launcher is breaking this UI pattern and accessibility at the same time
