The game does not start

Hello, I have a problem with the minecraft launcher, I have had this problem for more than a month and I tried to solve it on my own, but it has not worked, it turns out that when the 1.13 came out I downloaded the version and it worked perfectly, when pass back to 1.12.2 the game did not start at all, delete the .minecraft folder to see if it was solved and it did not work, now it just stays on the screen of Mojang and above it says (Minecraft - No Answer)

I clarify that it worked perfectly and I have a good computer, and I do not have any activated antivirus

Today I wanted to play and try to find a solution once again, but I did not find it either, so I have to wait for some answer from someone who knows about the subject.
