1.13 Launch Crash

Every time I try to launch version 1.13, it crashes. "The game crashed whilst initializing game". I've tried everything at this point, I've cleared all the threats on my computer, I even deleted minecraft and re downloaded it. This crash only happens with 1.13, please help.
