Crashes

Hey! When i try to play server everything is going like always, but when i'm in moment that world is loading, game crash. It's not problem with server, becouse i tried with every single i h ad in list. Then i decided, that i can't play on server i will play in singleplayer. At the beggining it was fine, world loaded, but after 2-3 minutes game crashed. I tied many times, even reinstaled luncher, but it didn't work. I can't play plz. help! There is beggining of "crash report"
