Version 1.13 doesn't work

Always when I open my game this happen:

THE GAME HAS STOPPED

The game crashed whilst initializing game

I have already updated the drivers for my video card and the problem has not been resolved.
However, the snapshots of 1.13 work, only this version does not work.
