Process crashed with exit code -805306369

Whenever I launch minecraft (from the launcher) it freezes at the Mojang logo.
The latest version that works is 1.12.1.

I've;

• uppdated my drivers on my graphic card
• uppdated java
• turned off resolution in launch options (bc apparantly that should help)
• restarted my computer
• reinstalled minecraft
