Minecraft text is jumbled and spacing is all off

I have downloaded and installed the new launcher everything was working fine. A few days ago, I opened it up and the text was all jumbled and piled on top of each other making it very hard to read and annoying. I have tried reinstalling and launching but the issue is still there.
